PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system supplementing the steering skill of a relevant operator for a farming implement linked to a vehicle using an IC (integrated circuit) card. SOLUTION: This vehicle control system works as follows: A farming machine is controlled according to information read by a reader 26 capable of reading the IC card memorized in advance with information including data on a travelable working vehicle equipped with a speed-variable gear through attaching with an implement 11 for working in farming field, an application for determining at least operator's skill and data representing the operator's skill. The system enables assistance so as to afford a safest and efficient condition in writing in the IC card information on the kind of tractor, the soil quality conditions of farming field, operator's skill and the kind of implement, or the like, thus enabling a tractor operation adapted to the skill of each individual operator safely and efficiently.
