PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure to prevent wire connection failure of a relay, deformation of a relay terminal, and breakage of the relay in a relay socket, by regulating displacement of the relay when downward external force is applied to the relay mounted to a relay mounting part. SOLUTION: A support part 16d connected to an abutting part 16a and an operating part 16b through a spring part 16e is integrally formed in a release lever 16 swingably supported by the case 1 of the relay socket 10. The support part 16d is fixed at a position abutting on the front surface of the mounting part 14 and the bottom surface of the relay 40 mounted to the relay mounting part 14.
