PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of collation between a program and specifications when the program is corrected. SOLUTION: A developed program is transmitted from a second computer 3 to a first computer 2. At the time of receiving operation for inputting problems of the program which are exposed on the first and second computers 2, 3 to the first and second computers 2, 3 by a user or a developer of the program, the problems are transmitted to a database 13 of a management server computer 5 and recorded. The problems stored in the database 13 are reported from the management server computer 5 to the first computer 2. The developer receiving the report stores a corrected version of the specifications inputted to the second computer 3 in the database 13. At the time of storing the corrected version of the specifications in the database 13, the storing time of the corrected version of the specifications in the database 13 is registered.
