PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure in a fuel tank from being excessively lowered when an atmospheric pressure passage is closed. SOLUTION: When a tank internal pressure sensor indication value which is a value detected by a pressure sensor 58 detecting the internal pressure of the fuel tank 10 is determined to be smaller than the valve opening pressure PC1 of a negative pressure relief valve 17 installed in an oil supply cap 16, a control circuit 22 reduces the opening time of a purge control valve 56 to reduce the purged amount. Thus, since the amount of the fuel vapor flowing from the fuel tank 10 into a canister 34 through an evaporation line 36 is reduced, the lowering of the internal pressure of the fuel tank 10 located on the upstream side of the purge control valve 56 can be suppressed.
