PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial-flow pump having a structure easily releasing heat generated from a stator to a fluid and a fluid circulation device having the axial-flow pump. SOLUTION: This axial-flow pump comprises a stator 3 having a winding 26, a support body 5 covering and supporting the outer peripheral part of the stator and having a suction port 8 and a discharge port 9 for a fluid, a cylindrical inner wall member 20 formed to come into contact with the inner side of the stator 3 and formed of a material having a coefficient of thermal conductivity higher than that of the support body 5, and a rotor 4 installed on the inside of the inner wall member 20, rotatably driven by a current to the winding 26 of the stator, and having the function of an axial flow impeller for force-feeding the fluid from the suction port 8 to the discharge port 9.
