PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage to a skeleton around an anchor resulting from the shortage of shearing strength and shearing rigidity by increasing the shearing strength and shearing rigidity of the adhesive system anchor. SOLUTION: This shearing resistance type fixing device 1 comprises a base plate 8 installed on the surface of a concrete or the other fixed body 8, the anchor 3 inserted in a drilled hole 7a formed in the anchor body 7 and in which an anchor adhesive agent 9 is filled through an insert hole 8a of the base plate 8, an anchor nut 5 threaded with the head part 3a of the anchor 3 and anchoring the anchor 3 and the base plate 8 to the anchor body 7, and an adhesive agent 6 interposed between the base plate 8 and the anchor body 7. Since the adhesive agent 6 is interposed between the base plate 8 and the anchor body 7, the adhesive force of the adhesive agent 6 is added to the shearing resistance of the anchor 3 to increase the shearing strength and shearing rigidity of the anchor 3.
