PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western style water closet stool unit, inexpensive by using an existing toilet stool, capable of post-installing a functional means, and highly accurately finding an excreted urine quantity. SOLUTION: This Western style water closet stool unit has a water storage part for receiving urine of a user, and a trap part for storing the urine dropped in the water storage part, and draining the urine to sewage. The unit is characterized by having a means for removing the partial volume of water of the water storage part to measurement, a water level change measuring means of the water storage part when the user urinates, and a urine quantity estimating means for estimating the excreted urine quantity based on a measuring result of the water level change measuring means.
