<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring out a maximum of functions with limited power resources by limiting or automating processing in accordance with a user condition in an information processor provided with both of a telephone function and a broadcasting reception function. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor has; a tuner part 24 for receiving and demodulating broadcast signals; a mobile communication part 15 for speaking to other mobile stations by communication with a base station; a battery part 28 for supplying power to the tuner part and the mobile communication part; and a control part 16 which controls power supply so as to reduce the power from the battery part for the broadcasting reception function in response to receiving a call from the base station by the mobile communication part in the middle of reception of a broadcast signal in the tuner part.
