<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently easily acquire survey values from surveying results delivered in CAD data and survey drawings. <P>SOLUTION: The survey results obtained by a surveying company are delivered to a design company in the form of the CAD data or survey drawings drawn on paper. A user (a design company) specifies either one of segments 25a to 25e constituting cross-sections (also can be in end nodes of segments) on survey drawing data. Then, a survey information processing unit searches for the segments ranging to the segment specified by the user in sequence, and as a result of that, a cross-section (a continuous line 25) is acquired. The survey information processing unit specifies the end nodes of the segments by the cross-section acquired, and acquires coordinate values of these end nodes on the basis of a reference position. A real survey value is computed by using the coordinate values acquired and contraction scales of the CAD data, which is output.
