<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and fix an inner ring on a peripheral surface of an inner shaft in a proper posture. <P>SOLUTION: A caulking portion 24, which is constituted of the inner shaft 2 including a small diameter portion 22 and a cylinder portion 23 extending from the small diameter portion 22 to one end, and the inner ring 3 installed on the small diameter portion 22, is formed so that the cylinder portion 23 pushes an outer end face of the inner ring 3 by plastically deforming the cylinder portion 23 along the outer end face of the inner ring 3. A sloped surface portion 14 is formed on the outer end face of the inner ring portion 3, and the caulking portion 24 is plastically deformed along the sloped surface portion 14 as well, thus, letting a caulking force to act to the inside in the diametrical direction from the caulking portion 24 along the sloped surface portion 14 against the inner ring portion 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
