<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase the number of users under the same error rate by performing desynchronization processing with a simple configuration with little power consumption about a transmitter, a receiver, a transmitting method, and a program to be applied to a spread spectrum communication method, for example, CDMA (code division multiple access). <P>SOLUTION: N delaying parts 2<SB>1</SB>to 2<SB>n</SB>of a desynchronizing part 1 give delay times t<SB>1</SB>to t<SB>n</SB>to transmission data r<SB>1</SB>to r<SB>n</SB>, respectively. The asynchronous transmission data are subjected to spread modulation by spreading codes c<SB>1</SB>to c<SB>n</SB>in spread modulators 4<SB>1</SB>to 4<SB>n</SB>. A signal obtained by adding modulation outputs of one group by an adder 5<SB>1</SB>is supplied as an I channel to a transmitting part 6, and a signal obtained by adding modulation outputs of the other group by an adder 5<SB>2</SB>is supplied as a Q channel to the transmitting part 6. The delay times t<SB>1</SB>to t<SB>n</SB>are generated by phase differences of output signals of an oscillator 8a. The oscillator 8a has five cascaded inverters, an EX-OR gate for phase comparison, a pulse generating part 13 and an OR gate as a combining part. The oscillator 8a outputs oscillation output signals S<SB>1</SB>to S<SB>5</SB>synchronized with a synchronizing signal Sin in the same frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
