PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wasteful assignment of a communication address in an apparatus for acquiring and communicating a dynamic communication address.

SOLUTION: An information acquisition apparatus includes a storage means 103 for receiving information displaying the state of an object to be monitored, a data forming means 104 for forming data displaying this information. A timing storage means 105 stores timing for notifying updating of the data to notifying destination. A connection requesting means 107 requests the connection of the communication channel when a time counted by a counting means 102 coincides with timing for storing in the timing storage means 105 to the repeating device 30 for repeating the communication to the request originator and the exterior by dynamically assigning the communication address to the request originator of the connection of the communication channel. An address acquisition means 108 receives the data displaying the assigned communication address. An address notifying means 109 forms an e-mail writing the communication address, and transmits to the notifying destination. A disconnecting means 110 disconnects the communication channel to the repeating device 30 when a predetermined time is elapsed from the transmission of the e-mail.
