<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card which can prevent illegal use thereof by forgery or tampering, such as erasing of a signature, and allows the owner to clearly place his/her signature by means of a writing instrument or to clearly affix his/her seal thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The card consists of a substrate 1, a signature panel 2 arranged on the same, and a ground tint 3 formed on the signature panel 2.
