PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device suitable for in-vehicle installation at a low cost. SOLUTION: A receiving module is fixed in the internal space formed by a pair of halves of a case. The receiving module has a dielectric substrate, an antenna element disposed on one main surface of the dielectric substrate, a grounding plate disposed on the other main surface of the dielectric substrate, a circuit board disposed on the rear surface side of the main surface of the grounding plate where the dielectric substrate is disposed, and a shield case for shielding the circuit board. The grounding plate has a protruding part formed so as to protrude in a direction parallel to the antenna element from the outer peripheries of the dielectric substrate and the circuit board, and this protruding part is supported in the inside of the pair of halves of the case, thereby fixing the receiving module in the internal space of the pair of halves of the case.
