PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent the leakage of scraped toner to the outside of a housing while preventing work efficiency deterioration of blade replacement. SOLUTION: A cleaning device is constituted so as to scrape the toner remaining on the circumferential surface of a photoreceptor drum 131 after transfer processing to paper P by the contact of a blade edge of a blade 50 to the circumferential surface of the photoreceptor drum 131 rotating around an axial center and collect the toner in the housing 30. In the housing 30, seal structures 70 having seal members 71 which come into contact with the edge surfaces of non-abutment parts of the blade 50 (a lower corner edge 51 and an end edge 52) which are not in contact with the circumferential surface of the photoreceptor drum 131 are formed, and the seal members 71 are pressed and brought into contact with each edge surface of the lower corner edge 51 and the end edge 52 of the blade 50 by the energizing force of coil springs 73.
