PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to read a graduation in a construction site photographing so as to be made a distance ratio into a predetermined position as centering a pivot 7 to become a magnification ratio of the graduations 14, 16 by pivoting the lower parts of a first arm 3 and a second arm 5 which are made the two arms 3, 5 enabling close and open motions in a horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The lower parts of the first arm 3 and the second arm 5 rotatably engage at the pivot 7. The upper end of the first arm 3 pivots to a scale 1 by a pivot 4. The upper part of the second arm 5 which can slide along a guiding groove 2 is mounted at the scale 1. The distance between the pivot 7 and an outer dimension measuring part 8 and the distance between the pivot 7 and the outer dimension measuring part 9 are formed at the same length. The distance between the pivot 7 and the pivot 4 and the distance between the pivot 7 and a slider 6 are formed at the same length. The distance between the pivot 7 and an inner dimension measuring part 10 and the distance between the pivot 7 and the inner dimension measuring part 11 are formed at the same length. The distance from the pivot 7 to an inner dimension graduation 0 and the distance from the pivot 7 to the position at which the inner dimension graduation indication part 13 intersects with the inner dimension graduation 16 are formed at the same length. The outer dimension graduation 14 is N<SB>1</SB>/n<SB>1</SB>, the inner dimension graduation 16 is formed with the magnification ratio of N<SB>2</SB>/n<SB>2</SB>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
