PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nuclear medicine diagnosis improving the sensitivity of detecting elements, and a collimator. SOLUTION: The device includes the collimator 1 having partition walls 11, comprising a plurality of regular hexagonal-shaped radiation passages 12 that are partitioned by the walls 11 and where radiation rays pass; and detectors 2 grid-like arranged along the direction of two-dimensional coordinate, providing a plurality of rectangle semiconductor elements 21 with mutual clearances 22 so that the detectors 2 are arranged so that the semiconductor elements 21 face the radiation passages 12. The pitch of the semiconductor elements 21 in a first (an X axis) coordinate direction is set the same as that of the side facing the partition walls 11 determining the radiation passages 12, and the center 121 of the radiation passages 12 and the center 210a of the semiconductor elements 21 are arranged at the same coordinates, with regard to the first (X-axis) coordinate.
