PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for immunological measurement for measuring a substance in which both educts and coupled bodies exist in an organism precisely with high sensitivity, by using at least two kinds of antibodies immobilized to at least two kinds of latexes having different average particle diameters, and to provide a measurement method using the reagent and a reagent kit having the reagent. SOLUTION: The reagent for immunological measurement contains the latex 1 in which substances to be measured are present as educts and coupled bodies in a specimen, and a monoclonal antibody 1 to the substances to be measured is immobilized; the latex 2 in which a monoclonal antibody 2 having a different recognition part to the substance to be measured as compared with the antibody 1 is immobilized, and the average particle diameter differs from that of the latex 1 (1). In the immunological measurement, the amount of substance to be measured is obtained by using reagents in (1) (2).
