PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rim assembly preventing an electronic device provided on a tire from being damaged even in run-flat travelling. SOLUTION: This tire rim assembly 13 has a pneumatic tire 13 mounted on a rim 14, an electronic chip 19 provided on a tread part 18 of the pneumatic tire 13, a core 10 mounted on the rim 14 on which the inner surface side of the tread part 18 abuts when the pneumatic tire 13 is crushed due to lowering of internal pressure. A tire side cushioning layer 50 to support the tread part 18 by abutting on the inner surface side of the tread part 18 when the pneumatic tire 13 is crushed and travels run-flat is provided in the core 10. A recessed part 10D is provided at a position to face against an electronic chip 19 of the tire side cushioning layer 50. Consequently, damaging of the electronic chip 19 is prevented as a portion on which the electronic chip 19 is arranged out of the tread part 18 can moderate pressure received in run-flat travelling.
