PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film having high transparency, wide in a heat sealing temperature range even at the time of bag making due to a packaging machine, especially improved in hermetic sealability and hard to cause wrinkles in a seal part. SOLUTION: The multilayered film has a heat sealing resin layer (A) containing a propylene copolymer (a1) produced using a metallocene catalyst and straight chain low density polyethylene (a2) and a resin layer (B) of a single layered constitution or multilayered constitution containing a propylene polymer (b) having a melting point higher than that of the propylene polymer (a1).
