PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable resin composition for water repellent resin film formation which can be simply formed at a temperature not higher than 120°C to a discharge opening face, and to provide an inkjet recording head of a high printing quality which is superior in water repellency and abrasion resistance, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording head which has discharge openings for discharging a liquid for recording, and has at least the discharge opening peripheral part subjected to an ink repellency treatment, an ink repellency treatment part of the recording head includes a crosslinking body of the polymerizable resin composition which contains at least a fluorine containing polymerizable polymer. In the inkjet recording head and its manufacturing method, the fluorine containing polymerizable polymer is a polymer including a fluorine containing structural unit and a structural unit containingt a radical polymerizable group.
