PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling device, for preventing run-out of drilling in drilling to implement the processing with high accuracy, facilitating positioning of a workpiece with a drill, forming a through hole in a longitudinal direction of long lumber in a short time, especially, providing excellent straightness of drilling, and drilling the through hole without degradation in strength of the workpiece. SOLUTION: The drilling device has a set of a drilling units 15. Each drilling unit includes: a rail rack 2 having an approximately U-shaped or H-shaped cross-section and a horizontal guide part continuously formed to both side parts and upper faces of the both side parts; guide shafts 5 having outer peripheries formed with male screws and rotatably disposed to the rail rack 2; a drill main body guide part 7 screwed with the guide shafts 5 and slidably mounted on the rail rack 2; a plurality of drill drive part 8 disposed to the drill main body guide part 7; drill shafts 9 installed to the drill drive parts 8; drills 9a disposed to the tips of the drill shafts 9; and one or a plurality of drill shaft guide parts 10 slidably disposed on the rail rack 2 to support the drill shafts 9.
