PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heater capable of cooling the inside of a heater without directly applying warm air to a bathing person. SOLUTION: Simultaneously as a carbon lamp heater 5 is energized, an actuation signal is sent to a motor 23 to actuate a blow fan 29. As the blow fan 29 is actuated, air in the bathroom is sucked through a second suction port 30, a suction port 3a, and a suction port 3b. At this time, air sucked through the suction port 3a goes above a reflection plate 7, and air sucked through the suction port 3b through a ventilation passage 12 on a back surface of the reflection plate 7 to be sucked to the blow fan 29. Heat generated by the carbon lamp heater 5 is thus cooled, while it is blown as warm air from a blow port 21 at a lower part of this bathroom heater 1. A control part moves a blow direction changing plate 27 provided at the blow port 21 to blow air to collide with a wall surface A of the bathroom to go along the wall surface roughly in a vertical direction for drying the wall surface.
