A method of seamlessly knitting, by a weft knitting machine, a tubular knitting fabric having excellent extensibility and supporting performance and having projected parts of any shape at any position and the tubular knitting fabric. The method comprises a step 1 for knitting a base knitting fabric in a state of being connected at both ends of a knitting width by rubber knitting by using the weft knitting machine and knitting a tubular body by inserting elastic yarns into the knitting fabric by inlay and a step 2 for knitting, by a folding method, only the portions of at lease either of the front and rear surfaces of the tubular knitting fabric where the projected parts are to be formed. These steps are repeatedly performed.
