In particular a snow boarder has to use the T-shaped holding element at the drag lift in order to be transported up a mountain. The inner thigh is pressed against the part during the full time of the journey causing an unpleasant feeling and pressure marks on the skin. A protection device assembled of a strip (2) of a suitable length and a pad (1) of the appropriate concave shape attached to its center can be fastened to the thigh with two complementary patches of Velcro(RTM) (3) located at the outer ends.
