<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundness evaluation method and a soundness evaluation device of a solid oxide fuel cell which can evaluate the soundness of a cell stack easily and appropriately, capable of appropriately grasping a performance failure or a malfunction in any of single cell units, if any. <P>SOLUTION: In a state that gas for reaction is supplied to power generation cells 13, a test signal is applied between both ends in the laminating direction of the cell stack 20, impedances between separators 11 are measured, and the soundness of the cell stack 20 is evaluated by comparing those impedance characteristics mutually. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
