<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke machine with a scoring function that makes it possible to accurately decide whether an actual singing is good. <P>SOLUTION: Pitch variation is made gentle by processing pitch information of guide melody data through an LPF to approximate pitch variation of an actual singing of a singer. Further, singing voice frequency data are processed through an LPF to remove frequency variation based upon whether vibratos etc., are good.
