EARTH FAULT PROTECTIVE DEVICE OF DISTRIBUTING SUBSTATION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth fault protective device of the distributing substation eliminating the necessity for an earthing capacitor while making sufficiency so as to be obtained when one earth detection protecting means is provided in one distributing substation.

SOLUTION: A zero-phase current at sides of an input side high tension trunk line 1 and an output side high tension trunk line 2 is detected, and the unbalance of both the currents is detected by an earth detection protecting means 5.
