<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mistake engagement of a two way clutch caused by lubrication oil in a rotation transmission device having the two way clutch and an electromagnetic clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The two way clutch 10 and the electromagnetic clutch 20 are incorporated between an input side member 1 and an outer ring 6. The electromagnetic clutch is locked against rotating by a retainer 14 of the two way clutch 20 and allows an armature 21 provided for axial movement to be attracted to a rotor 22 which is locked against rotation by the outer ring 6 through energization to a coil 23b of an electromagnet 23. The input side member 1 is provided with an oil supply passage 30 for supplying oil to an oil passage 27 formed in an outer periphery of the input side member 1 and in an inner peripheral surface of the rotor 22. An orifice 43 is formed in the oil passage 27. The orifice 43 restricts a supply quantity of oil supplied between the two way clutch 10 and the electromagnetic clutch 20, inhibits pressure rise between the clutches 10, 20 and prevents the two way clutch 10 from being mistakenly engaged by the armature 21 being pushed to the rotor 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
