PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a flexible container, which is able to alleviate equipment costs, excellent in productivity and inexpensively manufactured, and a high consistency liquid filled body. SOLUTION: The process comprises: a step to roll up a flexible film so as to form a tapered tubular member 10 decreasing in diameter at a first end; a step to place a bottom plate member 12 harder than the flexible film face to face with an opening at a second end of the tubular member 10, move the bottom plate member 12 inside relative to the first end of the tubular member 10, push the bottom plate member 12 into the first end of the tubular member 10, fit the bottom plate member 12 to the first end of the tubular member 10 and fuse it airtight; and a step to fit a ring member 11 harder than the flexible film inside the second end of the tubular member 10 and fuse it airtight.
