PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy chair such as a pipe chair to be stacked, excellent in the air permeability while keeping the excellent support of a back of a seated person, and permitting easily detaching and washing a backrest if stained, replacing the backrest to another one, and reducing the weight of the chair. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right backrest rods 13 standing in the rear of a seat part 3 are detachably sheathed with a backrest seat body 17 formed in the shape of a bag with air-permeable base materials 18 and 19 to make the backrest 4 of the chair.
