PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulation circuit in a digital broadcast receiver which can be attained at low cost while satisfying an adjacent interference ratio. SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved by the demodulation circuit (30) in the digital broadcast receiver (1) for selectively extracting a signal corresponding to a desired reception channel by a bandpass filter to demodulate the signal, which is provided with a band variable control means (40) for varying the bandwidth of the bandpass filter (31) according to detection status of the reception channel.
