PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a laminated capacitor capable of coping with the microfabrication of the laminated capacitor and the improvement of an accuracy in capacity and capable of forming especially a dielectric layer at a low firing temperature, thereby having no possibility of generation of crack or the like. SOLUTION: The laminated capacitor is manufactured by performing an operation once or more wherein the dielectric layer and a conductive layer are formed by lamination through a process for sequentially applying a composite for forming the dielectric layer and a composite for forming the conductive layer on a region for forming the laminated capacitor on a substrate by ink jet recording system. In the manufacturing method, photocuring composite for forming bulkhead is applied previously on the region for forming the laminated capacitor on the substrate, and the bulkhead of a predetermined configuration is formed through exposing and developing processes, then, the bulkhead is preferably separated after forming the dielectric layer and the conductive layer through lamination in a zone defined by the bulkhead.
