PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the interconnection structure of a wiring board which can effectively avoid the influence by a magnetic field caused by a loop current in a closed circuit, even when the closed circuit is formed between a plurality of interconnections which are close to each other, and consequently can realize proper and efficient driving of apparatuses, and also to provide a wiring board using the same. SOLUTION: In order to form the plurality of interconnections 2 in form of a stranded wire, portions of those interconnections 2 which are formed in different conductor layers perpendicular to the thickness direction of the wiring board 1 are made to cross each other with an insulation substrate 3 in between, and the locations of the portions are alternately inversed via a plurality of through holes 4 formed in the wiring board 1.
