PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very reliable high-voltage feed-through capacitor which can be increased in adhesiveness at an interface of an insulating resin, be prevented from debonding along the interface, and be further prevented from characteristic degradation and electrical shorting, and also to provide a very reliable magnetron. SOLUTION: The capacitor 2 is provided with electrodes 213, 214, and 215 on both faces, and one 215 of the electrodes is fixed on one face of a ground metal fitting 1. Through conductors 4 and 5 are extended through the capacitor 2 and the ground metal fitting 1, and conductively connected to the other electrodes 213 and 214. An insulation case 6 is installed on one face side of the ground metal fitting 1, with one end embedded in the periphery of a floated portion 111. Insulation resin 7 and 8 fills the inside of the insulation case 6 and the internal space of the ground metal fitting 1, as well as the periphery of the capacitor 2. The insulation resin 7 and 8 consists of epoxy resin containing a bromine-based flame retardant. For the bromine-based flame retardant, brominated aromatic glycidyl ether is used.
