PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal inspection device capable of attaching a grommet easily. SOLUTION: This seal inspection device 10 inspects a sealing condition of a penetrated-through portion 20B of a wire harness 20 in the grommet 15, in the grommet 15 penetrated through with the wire harness 20. The seal inspection device 10 is provided with an air tank 11, a water storage tank 13 attached turnably to an upper side of the air tank 11, an attaching hole 16 formed in a bottom part 14 of the water storage tank 13 to communicate the air tank 11 with the water storage tank 13, and allowing engagement of the grommet 15 from a water storage tank 13 side, and a supply and discharge means 17 for supplying and discharging pressurized air to/from the air tank 11.
