PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel sheet which can sufficiently exhibit efficacy of a plant extract. SOLUTION: This gel sheet 10 is characterized by mixing a gel material for packs with≥30% of a plant extract and then forming the composition in a sheet shape. The gel is formed from a polyacrylate as a base material or from agar and polyacrylic acid or a polyacrylate as base materials. The gel preferably contains the extracts of one or more plants selected from aloe, carrot, cucumber, peach leave, jojoba, and raspberry. The gel may furthermore contain the extracts of one or more herbs selected from lavender, rosemary, peppermint, Japanese cypress, chamomilla, rose, and chamomile. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
