PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming material filling jig and a foaming material filling method for a suspension cross member of an automobile which can remove and protect an attaching hole provided on the suspension cross member from filling with a foaming material when the foaming material is filled into the suspension cross member having a hollow section of the automobile, and also, can reduce the number of parts for the jig, or increase the productivity. SOLUTION: The jig 30 which fixes the suspension cross member 1 when the foaming material is filled into the suspension cross member 1 is provided with a pin 33 working as a protective section as well which removes and protects the attaching hole 17 from filling with the foaming material 13a. In this case, the attaching hole 17 which is provided on the suspension cross member 1 is a fixing section for fixing the suspension cross member 1 to the jig. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
