PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for external use suitable for promoting the penetration of vitamins to the skin by a method different from an iontophoretic method. SOLUTION: The preparation contains 0.01-40 mass% vitamins or provitamins and promotes the penetration of the vitamins or provitamins into the skin by light containing a wavelength range to promote the penetration of the vitamins or provitamins into the skin and radiating from a plurality of light sources having at least two hues.
