PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost ultrasonic image diagnostic system which can generate the panoramic image of a measured section in real time and has superior operability. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic image diagnostic system is provided with an image generating part 120 to convert ultrasonic data obtained from a probe 200 to images, an animation display part to display images obtained by the image generating part 120 as an animation, a moving quantity detecting function to detect the quantity of movement between images generated by probe operation, computers (130, 140) to detect the quantity of rotation between tomographic images generated by probe 200 operation, and a panoramic image display means 150 to display tomographic image strings under diagnosis as panoramic images 151 connected in a plane in accordance with the quantity of movement and the quantity of rotation detected by computers.
