PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of remained doubts on health in regard to the body because of chewing in the mouth, drinking or holding in the mouth in a conventional method of giving up smoking using chewing gum, medicine, an implement, or the like. SOLUTION: It is usual to hold a cigarette between the index finger and the middle finger when smoking. Rings are therefore put on the index finger and the middle finger so as not to be able to hold the cigarette. The number of smoking can thereby be restrained, and there is no hindrance in health in regard to the body because of only putting the rings on the fingers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
