PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating efficiency and the working environment by achieving starting and stopping of a dust collector without leaving the working position for both tasks of collecting dusts that are discharged from a hand-held electric tool and of collecting dusts and powder dusts dispersed on the floor. SOLUTION: The dust collector has power source cords 8 of a circular saw 5 and the dust collector 4 connected to different power sources, a remote-controlled transmitter 9 that transmits a signal is detachably installed on the tip end of a duct hose 7, and a remote-control receiver 10 for giving a starting and/or stopping command to a motor 1 of the dust collector 4 through a driving device 17 by processing the signal from the remote-control transmitter 9 is installed at an appropriate position of a head section 11 of the dust collector 4.
