The present invention relates to a device and methods suitable for use in the prevention and treatment of burn induced compartment syndrome, and to specifically designed applications means for the rapid and efficient deployment of enzymatic compositions to the affected limb or limbs of a burn victim suffering from a circumferential burn, as well as to methods of using these enzymatic compositions in conjunction with the applications means.
