<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly display printing previews in the case of performing insertion printing and layout printing. <P>SOLUTION: A document management device calculates the number of data in a document, calculates fractions in the final page of logical pages by the number of data, substitutes an insertion page to be used for the final page for the calculated fractions, registers a plurality of insertion pages to be used for the final page, and stores the registered pages.
