<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self cooling-type small-sized ozone generator with high efficiency equipped with a self cooling function in a field of the ozone generator. <P>SOLUTION: The self cooling-type small-sized ozone generator is equipped with a self cooling function, where a quality dry air is obtained without a power supply by applying an air dryer composed of a hollow fiber membrane and the discharged wet air is utilized for efficiently radiating heat generated inside the ozone generator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
