<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional frying pan (Fig. 3, not shown) makes it difficult and requires training to cook egg or the like into a half-cooked elliptical solid state. <P>SOLUTION: An elliptical hollow is provided in each of two frying pans to cook foodstuff into an elliptical shape. Egg or the like is put in the elliptical hollow having a shape (1) in the well-heated frying pan A. When it turns half-cooked, the well-heated frying pan B is placed on the frying pan A, turned around, and placed on a stove to cook the surface of the egg or the like.
