<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the assurance of the right of portrait and copyright relating to a photographed image. <P>SOLUTION: When an image is photographed by a portable telephone set 1000 with a camera, photographed image data is transmitted to a portrait right assurance server device 1200 that stores the data of a registrant who desires the assurance of right of portrait in advance. The portrait right assurance server device 1200 specifies the registrant photographed and stored in the received photographed image data and transmits a portrait using consent request to the terminal device 1100 of the registrant.
