<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein video signal processing clocks are liable to be affected by noises and expensive in a video image decoding device which decodes video and audio signals which are transmitted from a remote place by broadcasts, networks of radio or wireline, etc and outputs the decoded video and audio signals to a display device, such as TV or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillator 2 which is controlled by digital control signals outputted from a decoding means 1, outputs video clock signals 12 that serves as output references of video signals to the the decoding means 1, and provided with a capacitive load varying means and a quartz oscillator 3 connected to the oscillator 2 provided with the capacitive load varying means are provided. The digital control signals are controlled so as to vary the capacitive load of the the oscillator 2 provided with the capacitive load varying means from the viewpoint of the quartz oscillator 3 and to control the frequency of the video image clock signals 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
