PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly travel a train by performing a more detailed front signal advance notice indication by a motorman's platform of a train. SOLUTION: When a train 1 enters a track circuit nT, an ATC ground device 2 decides ATC codes of a self-track circuit nT and a front track circuit (n+1)T, and creates ATC signals including the decided ATC codes and a self-track circuit ID so as to transmit them to the track circuit nT. A processing part 15 of an on-vehicle device 3 mounted to the train 1 displays the ATC codes of the front track circuit (n+1)T included in the received ATC signals on an in-vehicle signal indicating part 18 installed to the motorman's platform. A motorman can recognize whether a front section is transited to a lower position, and its tolerance speed according to this display, so as to make the traveling of the train smoother.
