发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE FOR SCANNING EXPOSURE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate for scanning exposure having excellent storage stability as a printing plate by using an emulsion having high sensitivity, high contrast and≥95 mol% silver chloride. SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate for scanning exposure has at least a base coating layer, a silver halide emulsion layer and a physical developing nuclei layer, successively applied on a support, and the silver halide emulsion layer contains a sensitizing dye which imparts the maximum spectral sensitivity in the wavelength of≥600 nm, with the silver halide containing≥95 mol% of silver chloride. In the manufacture of the above printing plate, immediately after the physical developing nuclei layer is applied and dried, the coated product is wound up in a state of controlled humidity under the condition of 15 to 45°C and≤40% relative humidity, then the coated product is heated at 35 to 45°C for 24 hours while keeping the condition of≤40% relative humidity.
